Price rent includes the following:
- single or multiple-occupancy room and its inclusions
- use of all common facilities (lobby, common kitchen and pantry on the roof deck)
- 24-hour security
- bi-monthly room housekeeping services
- Your monthly rent excludes parking which is leased separately and utilities (electricity/water) which will then be billed every month.
The Minimum lease is 3 months, and contracts can run up to 12 months.
Your room includes built-in beds with a mattress, your own closet, your own desk (for 1-pax and 2-pax rooms only), air conditioning unit, a bathroom (shower and toilet).
Each room has its own submeter and monthly readings will be done to determine your consumption which will be divided among the room residents and will be billed to you separately.
Rooms will be available in Q3 2023. In the meantime, fill out the inquire now form and a CLI representative will get back to you.
The promo rate will run until June 2023.
