Location is PERFECT. It has all the necessities for a comfortable stay. Common areas like the roof deck are awesome too. The entire place is always kept clean and the staff is reliable as well. Looking forward to the swimming pool!

Price rent includes the following:
The Minimum lease is 1 month, and contracts can run up to 12 months.
Your room includes built-in beds with a mattress, your own closet, your own desk (for 1-pax and 2-pax rooms only), air conditioning unit, a bathroom (shower and toilet).
Each room has its own submeter and monthly readings will be done to determine your consumption which will be divided among the room residents and will be billed to you separately.
