Price rent includes the following:

  • single or multiple-occupancy room and its inclusions
  • use of all common facilities (lobby, common kitchen and pantry on the roof deck)
  • 24-hour security
  • bi-monthly room housekeeping services
  • your monthly rent excludes parking which is leased separately and utilities (electricity/water) which will then be billed every month.

The Minimum lease is 1 month, and contracts can run up to 12 months.

Your room includes built-in beds with a mattress, your own closet, your own desk (for 1-pax and 2-pax rooms only), air conditioning unit, a bathroom (shower and toilet).

Each room has its own submeter and monthly readings will be done to determine your consumption which will be divided among the room residents and will be billed to you separately.

Residents shall be providing their own bed, linen, and pillows. Each room has space provisions for one (1) Microwave oven and a Personal refrigerator that residents may opt to bring on their own. Should you prefer to have an electric fan, too, we recommend bringing a tower-type electric fan which fits more conveniently in your room.

Your roommates will be assigned to you but of course, compatibility with other tenants will be taken into consideration whenever possible. 

Yes, but for your security, you will be advised beforehand.

You may pre-terminate your lease, but your security deposit and one-month rent shall be forfeited.

For safety and hygienic reasons, cooking in the rooms is not allowed. We have a common shared pantry on the roof deck where you can cook.

Your monthly rent includes room housekeeping twice a month. Bed linens, however, will be for the account of each resident. List of laundry services are available from the Concierge.

You may decorate your room with removable items. Fixing/installation on walls and other built-in furniture inside the rooms are strictly prohibited.

None. Residents may access their room 24/7. However, guests may only access the Ground Floor Lobby from 9:00am to 10:00pm.

We love pets, too, but our building and your rooms don’t have a space for them.

For your security, only registered residents can go inside the rooms. You may meet your guests at the Ground floor lobby until 10:00pm.

Rooms are assigned upon submission of all requirements for reservation. Each resident may only be allowed to stay in their assigned and registered room until renewal of contract. Changing of rooms shall also be subject to room availability.

Yes, there will be reasonable house rules which aim to keep The Pad is a safe and secure residence for all its residents. The house rules will be made available upon the signing of the Contract of Lease.

Our ground floor lobby and a roof deck lounge will serve as our main communal spaces and an area for our residents to relax and enjoy. We also have a Pool in the other building (Hostel) which can be used for a fee.
